2. การใช้ข้อมูล
- ให้บริการเกม บันทึกความคืบหน้า และเชื่อมต่อผู้เล่น (ปาร์ตี้ แชท PvP)
- ป้องกันการโกง สแปม และการใช้งานในทางที่ผิด

3. ที่เก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์

Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026This policy explains how Lumen Saga ("we") collects and uses your data when you play at lumen-saga.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: username, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text) or a guest account id.
- Game data: character names, progress, items, chat messages and play history needed to run the game.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device type and error logs, for security and troubleshooting.
- Aggregate stats: Play-button clicks per channel (e.g. ?src=), not tied to a person.
2. How we use it
- To run the game, save progress and connect players (party, chat, PvP).
- To prevent cheating, spam and abuse.
- To improve balance and performance.
3. Browser storage
We use your browser's localStorage for the login token, language and settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) only as needed to run the service, or disclosed when required by law. Character names and chat messages are visible to other players.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data while the account is active. You can request account deletion through the game's Discord or Facebook. An unbound guest account is lost if you clear your browser data.
6. Children
Players under 13 should have a parent's or guardian's consent before playing.
7. Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact us using the links below.

We may update this policy; the last-updated date is shown above.
